A unique method to deliver active compounds into the follicular pathway after application over the skin's surface.

• The targeted delivery sites include but are not limited to: hair follicles, dermis sites related to the follicular pathway, the subcutaneous layer, and transdermal delivery through systemic circulation.
  
  
• The composition may comprise of one or more of the following four components (which the designated active compounds can then be dissolved):

(A) organic solvents
(B) aqueous solutions
(C) surface-active agents
(D) gaseous propellant

As the effectiveness of topical drugs depends on the penetration rate and delivery of the active compounds into skin, the delivery system’s specific pathway ensures efficient transport of drugs while giving the convenience of use for the consumers.
